TERMS OF PURCHASE

Please read the terms of the agreement carefully as they are a legally binding contract. We suggest downloading a copy for your records.

In this agreement, we will refer to you as the ‘Client’ and INSPIRED RELATIONS and Hille House Publishing as the ‘Service Provider’.

BASIC PUBLISHING PACKAGE 

You are also purchasing the BASIC Publishing Package, which includes the Bestseller Campaign.

SERVICE PROVIDER RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.  Proofreading ONLY (manuscript up to 50,000 words)
2.  Book Cover Design
3.  Formatting
4.  6 Promotional Images– 2 pre-launch, 2 launch, & 2 post-launch images
5.  Amazon Bestseller Campaign
6.  Upload Manuscript to Amazon
7.  Publish to Amazon -Includes keywords and categories on Amazon for both digital and print.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.  KDP Account Access:The Client agrees to provide login details to the Service Provider for their KDP account a minimum of three days prior to the book launch. This includes arranging a specific time to provide any necessary authentication codes sent to the Client’s phone.
2.  Access Duration:The Client agrees to provide the Service Provider with continued access to the Client’s KDP until the book achieves bestseller status.
3.  Keywords Submission:The Client agrees to provide the Service Provider with relevant keywords or phrases that best describe their book.
4.  Print-Book Specifications: The Client agrees to fill out our onboarding publishing form 6 weeks before the book launch, specifying the book print options (gloss/matt, cream/white paper), keywords, back of book text, book cover ideas and anything else on the form.
5.  Book Purchase:The Client agrees to purchase one (1) book in each selected country 72 hours prior to the official launch.

GUARANTEE

The Service Provider guarantees that the book will achieve #1 Bestseller status on Amazon in at least one of the implemented categories within 10 days of the launch, provided the Client completes all client responsibilities in this agreement and follows launch instructions set forth by the Service Provider.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

The Service Provider is not affiliated with Amazon and shall not be held responsible for any issues encountered that are not within the Service Provider's control, including but not limited to delayed ranking listings or changes in Amazon’s policies that may affect the campaign's outcome.

OTHER TERMS OF PURCHASE

CONFIDENTIALITY

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of account details, proprietary strategies, and any other sensitive information shared between the parties during this engagement.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE

All payments are made in full at the start of the project or as per agreed payment plan. I agree that I will provide the necessary information for to Hille House Publishing by the date specified by email.

I am granting Service Provider and their partners the right to use my name, likeness, biographical information, and full and/or excerpts of my book with full attribution to me in the promotion of this program in both digital and printed format.

REFUNDS
This service has a no-refund policy.

By completing this purchase, I acknowledge and agree not to initiate a chargeback. If I initiate a chargeback, I will be charged an additional fee of USD 300.

I agree that failure to complete my book does not warrant a refund. Whilst the intention of this 16-week container is for you to complete your solo book within 6 months of commencing the program and we provide you with the strategies and support to make this happen, it is up to you to do the work and prioritise your writing during that time.

We understand that unexpected life events may delay the completion of the manuscript, which is why the publishing package is valid for a period of up to 24 months from the date of purchase.

You must reach out to us as soon as you have a publication date in mind so that we can schedule your book into our workflow and ensure we can publish your book at the desired date.

What happens after you pay:

Our secure payment processor is Stripe. On occasion and per prior agreement, we use Wise for direct bank transfers.

You will receive a receipt for your records shortly after purchase.

By ticking this box, you agree to the terms of purchase. If you are receiving these terms by email, please respond saying that you agree to these terms.

GOVERNING LAW

Governed by Equity and Tort Law regarding intellectual property trespass, the Client reserves the right to resolve conflicts through arbitration or international law bodies like WIPO.

SEVERABILITY

If any provision of this Contract shall be held to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable. If a court finds that any provision of this Contract is invalid or unenforceable, but that by limiting such provision it would become valid and enforceable, then such provision shall be deemed to be written, construed, and enforced as so limited.

FORCE MAJEURE

Neither Party will be liable for any failure or delay in performing an obligation under this Agreement that is due to any of the following causes (which causes are hereinafter referred to as “Force Majeure”), to the extent beyond its reasonable control: acts of God, accident, riots, war, terrorist act, epidemic, quarantine, civil commotion, breakdown of communication facilities, breakdown of web host, breakdown of internet service provider, natural catastrophes, governmental acts or omissions, changes in laws or regulations, national strikes, fire, explosion, or generalized lack of availability of raw materials or energy.

For the avoidance of doubt, Force Majeure shall not include (a) financial distress nor the inability of either party to make a profit or avoid a financial loss, (b) changes in the market prices or conditions, or (c) a party's financial inability to perform its obligations hereunder.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement is the entire, final, complete, and fully integrated agreement between the Parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and hereby replaces any prior and contemporaneous agreements or communications between the Parties, whether written, oral, electronic or otherwise relating to its subject matter. Should there be any inconsistency or ambiguity between the terms of this agreement or agreements prior and contemporaneous, this agreement shall control.
