TERMS OF PURCHASE AND AUTHOR AGREEMENT


Please read those terms carefully as they are legally binding contract. We suggest downloading a copy for your records.

You are purchasing one chapter in the multi-author book from Hille House, which is a project of the PMA Inspired Relations. This includes writing support, editing, proofreading, formatting, and full professional design, promotional images bestseller ranking on Amazon, marketing training and the rights to distribute your chapter as you choose from one month after the Kindle publication.

You are purchasing this in your business capacity and guaranteeing the purchase as an individual.

These Terms of Purchase are the entire agreement between us. These Terms of Purchase supersede our prior discussions, emails, online, or voice messages. What happens after you pay: Our secure payment processor is Stripe. You will receive a receipt for your records shortly after purchase. Please allow 24-48 hours for communication from Inspired Relations with what we require for your chapter and author biography. We reserve the right to delay communication if technical issues arise.

Refunds: This service has a no-refund policy. By completing this purchase, I acknowledge and agree not to initiate a chargeback. If I initiate a chargeback, I will be charged an additional fee of $300 USD.

I agree that failure to complete my chapter and biography by the specified deadline does not warrant a refund and will result in my chapter no longer being included in the multi-author book. I understand that if I fail to respond to any grammatical edits, the editor’s version will be printed in our book. I am granting to Inspired Relations along with their partners and co-authors the non-exclusive rights to print, publish, distribute, and sell my chapter as part of the book throughout the world in all languages and all formats including audio.

I am granting Inspired Relations, their partners, and co-authors the right to use my name, likeness, biographical information, and full and/or excerpts of my chapter with full attribution to me in the promotion of the book in both digital and printed format.

I understand that the Kindle and print version of the book sold through Amazon and possibly other digital outlets containing my chapter and that all profits will stay within Inspired Relations and go towards sponsoring future authors unable to pay the full fee.

I understand that I will receive no royalties from the sales of the Kindle or print version of the book sold on Amazon.

I understand I cannot make changes to the book cover, the manuscript, the book description, or the price. I understand I can only publish and sell on the platform Inspired Relations/Hille House Publishing have given me permission to publish on. I understand that Inspired Relations/Hille House Publishing are not making guarantees as to how many books will be sold, but only that the book will rank on at least one Amazon Best Seller list within 30 days of release.

I understand that I am joining this program with the intention of selling services and products as a result and not to making money from book sales. I understand that there is no guarantee for how long the book will rank as a bestseller. I understand I will be asked to participate in the promotion of the book when it is released on Amazon and I will receive screenshots and graphics for marketing purposes.

I understand that Inspired Relations/Hille House Publishing will secure Australian Copyright for the book, including my chapter. However, I shall retain the right to republish my work in any manner and Inspired Relations/Hille House Publishing agree this shall not be deemed an infringement of the copyright.

I understand that Inspired Relations/Hille House Publishing is publishing my chapter with the understanding that it is my own original work and that it is my own responsibility to ensure my work is original and not infringing on others’ copyrights. I understand Inspired Relations/Hille House Publishing will not be held responsible for any copyright violations resulting from my chapter being published.

I understand that no paperback copies are included in this transaction, but that it can be purchased from Amazon at the wholesale rate in the first 48 hours after release. I have read the terms of purchase and by making a payment, I agree to these terms of purchase.
